Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 hours per day;
Student Level: Middle School students, 13-16 years old;
Position: Middle School Homeroom Teacher;


Job Description

Follow the designated curriculum and make lesson plans suitable for the students accordingly;
Provide quality instruction using diverse teaching and assessment approaches appropriately;
Effectively manage classrooms to promote learning;
Design & implement suitable teaching-related documents;
Contribute to subject curriculum development if needed;
Participate in school academic and non-academic activities;
Engage in collaborative work with Chinese & international colleagues;

Requirements

Native English speaker;
Bachelor's degree or above (relevant major preferred);
A currently valid teaching license/certificate in Education;
Clear criminal background check;
At least 2 years of homeroom teaching experience in middle school;

Salary and Benefits

Salary range from 25,000 to 30,000 RMB before tax per month ( based on experience and qualifications);
Housing allowance 3,000 RMB per month included in the package, paid by providing Fapiao;
Work visa provided;
Commercial Accidental Insurance/Social Insurance provided;
Free meals or food allowance;
Flight reimbursement 5,000 RMB per year;
Airport pick up service on arrival;
Contract Renewal Bonus: 20,000 RMB for renewing a two-year contract after the initial two-year contract;
