Prepare the annual production plan, review daily production, management and control the production scheduling.

Responsible for formulating and revising the rules and regulations of production, production methods and processes, equipment, security, environmental protection, manufacturing statistics etc., and the implementation, inspection, supervision of these production rules and regulations. Planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes. Provide training and guidance to production supervisors and monitor personal performance evaluation assessment for manufacturing department. Allocation of production resources.
requirement:

Has the strong ability to adapt to different cultures

male at the age 25-35

Bachelor degree or above in mechanical

Above 2 years experience management of production process in a manufacturing enterprise.

Experience with production process and process planning and production quality control management.

Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills

Good organizational planning and strong communication skills.

Language: must be fluent in English .

A foreigner with significant experience in China or a Chinese with experience abroad is preferred.

Team player.

Takes ownership.

Handle affairs rigorous, a strong sense of responsibility, being fair and direct and work in accordance with company and state rules and regulations.
