1. Project follow up
2. Collection and distribution of Documents, Certificates, Licenses etc.
3. Collection and distribution of property information, pictures and other related material
4. Communication with different departments (Case processing, Training, Marketing, etc)
5. Preparation, regular update and distribution of Q & A
6. Perform internal/external trainings and presentations to colleagues, partners and clients
7. Provide support and any other relevant service to improve,adjust, correct presentations
8. Problem solving - internal and simple issues related to clients
9. Continuos research and communication with Marketing and Training department
10. Distribution of daily news (WeChat) from the colleagues abroad
11. Monthly report about administrative, operational and other relevant matters to the R&D Director (english)
12. Other duties assigned by the department director

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above; 25 years old or above
2.Minimum 6 months overseas study or work experience, worked min. 6 month in managerial position in the company
3.Fluent English and preferably additional language of the destination; Chinese is an advantage
4.Office software proficiency
5.Sales and marketing skills, well developed destination knowledge, interest into legal matters, strong communication and intercultural skills, well organized and structured working ability, result orientated
