Job Description:
1. Assist the GM to manage the functional departments, and coordinate the internal relations among the departments
2. Cooperate with General Manager to deal with external public relations and participate in planning, arranging and organizing large-scale public relations activities of the company
3. Coordinate the verbal and written instructions between the GM and other administrative staff
4. Arrange travel, meeting and take meeting minute for GM.
5. Perform other duties as required
6. Hours: 9:00-18:00(1.5h for lunch), Monday-Friday
7. Full-time position

Requirements:
- 22-35 years old
- Fluent English required
- Fluent Chinese(HSK 5) is preferable
- BA degree or higher is preferable
- Keen interest in the fashion industry
- At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in the Beauty industry
