Main responsibilities:
1. Search for potential investment projects in the biomedical industry through industry research, and implement project screening and evaluation;
2. Collect and sort out relevant materials for the project and conduct due diligence;
3. Follow the project process and implement the specific work of each link;
4. Participate in the design of investment plan, participate in the drafting and revision of contract terms, promote and complete the project delivery;
5. Assisted the CEO, contacted mainstream investment institutions at home and abroad, handled daily affairs, and participated in business negotiations;
4. Continue to investigate and track the development trends of domestic and foreign industries related to the company's business, and provide reference suggestions for the company's investment and financing decisions;
6. Assist in post-investment management;
5. Other work assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Master degree or above, doctor's degree is preferred, bachelor's degree from well-known universities at home and abroad;
2. Bachelor or Master degree in biology, pharmacy, clinical or other related majors;
3. Have consulting experience in investment banks, securities firms and four major transactions, or have more than half a year related internship experience, fresh graduates are preferred;
4. Have the basic framework of industry research and the ability to collect information;
5. Have strong writing skills, familiar with all kinds of document writing;
6. Fluent in Chinese and English, can be used as the working language;
7. Highly dedicated and responsive, rigorous and responsible.
