1. Love and passion for the development of children

2. Working hours : Wednesday – Sunday, 9am-6pm – 25 teaching hours per week. 10-15 admin hours per week.

3. Teach and conduct classes which include Arts and craft, Cookery, Music & Movement, Speech and Drama, public speaking, creative writing according to the lesson plans and structure as provided and instructed by The Little Lions Education Department.

4. To uphold the quality and standard of the educational product in accordance with The Little Lions Principles and Standard Operating Procedures.

5. Adjust and update learning plans and curriculum to ensure that it is suitable for members’ personal development.

6. Preparing teaching materials and assisting in lesson planning along with the entire Education team of The Little Lions.

7. Attend meetings with the Education Department on a regular basis to provide a report on the club classes and performance of teachers and to participate in knowledge sharing with the entire Education team of The Little Lions.

8. Attend training by the Education Department when required and to be constantly working towards being well versed in early years children development stages and any other education and teaching related requirements that will be given Education Department and other external parties.

9. Other ad hoc tasks assigned by Education department.

    Company Introduction

    Our first store in Jiangsu(Part of the Economic Golden Triangle of China), Changzhou opened in 2016 which is the province’s first early years education family members club which provides a unique experience for playing and learning for children between the age of 6 months to 6 years. We believe that the best way for children to learn is by having fun doing it. The services we provide focuses on building memorable childhood experiences in a fun, educational and nurturing environment whereby the children are encouraged to learn, think, explore and play. All classes are conducted in English with the support of a teaching assistant mainly as a bridge of communication to the non-English speaking parents and children.

    The Little Lions provides an integrated learning curriculum in conjunction with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. This enables the parents to keep track of their child’s development and helps in identifying weak areas that need further attention. In addition, the child’s strengths can also be identified and nurtured to encourage further development as we believe personal attention is crucial in each child’s development journey. For each of the five aspects, we have designed a series of classes that will be held over each day. The curriculum will be updated on a seasonal basis based on customer’s demands which will provide customers with a premium service and seamless education experience.

    We have a variety of activities that are conducted in our British themed village square. Such as Cooking in the Village Bakery, Arts and Crafts in the Painting House, Music & Movement, Learning English through Play, Speech & Drama in our Lions Theater
