Job Description:

1. Responsible for office site selection, decoration, and company business registration;

2. Responsible for human resources matters such as attendance, entry and exit procedures, and social security payments for local employees;

3. Responsible for handling company certificates and licenses, conducting annual audits, managing seals, and coordinating administrative matters;

4. Conduct research, benchmarking, and optimization for regional salary research, welfare systems, policy systems, etc;

Qualification:

1. English and Chinese can be used as Working language.

2. Similar work experience of 5 years or more

3. Work in the human resources and administrative department of a newly built factory, with 0-1 practical experience preferred

Salary: 9-12k MYR

Education: College degree or above

Work location: Kuala Lumpur Badaling (priority given to being able to arrive immediately)
