Job Description

1. Design and follow a complete teaching plan suitable for young children;
2. Properly organize and utilize learning materials and resources;
3. Implement a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities;
4. Maintain a positive and active learning environment for children;
5. Keep an open line of communication with parents and provide them with appropriate information;
6. Assess student performance and progress in a timely fashion;
7. Participate in other related activities and events held by the school;
8. Introduce children to the word of Performing Art using a variety of instructional materials, resources, and experiences;
9. Inspiring and motivating students to Performing Art;
10. Encouraging and monitoring social interactions between children;
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above (major in Performing Art or other relevant major);
2. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3. Clear criminal background check;
4. At least 2 years of teaching experience in related field;
Salary and Benefits:
1. Base salary 23,000 to 30,000 RMB per month based on experience and qualifications;
2. Housing allowance 5500 rmb per month
