Job Description

1.To provide a safe and open learning environment for all students, articulating expectations and encouraging the ownership and agency of learning.
2.To develop teaching strategies to motivate and engage all students, and to link students’
3.knowledge and understanding to prior learning and real-life situations
4.Provide quality instruction using diverse teaching and assessment approaches;
5.Effectively manage classrooms to promote learning;
6.Design & implement teaching-related documents;
7.Contribute to subject curriculum development;
8.Participate in school academic and non-academic activities;
9.Engage in collaborative work with Chinese and international colleagues;
10.To comply with school principle, procedures and practices of professional responsibilities.

Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above;
2.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3.Clear criminal background check;
4.At least 1year previous teaching experience in international or bilingual schools required;
5.Teaching license strongly preferred;

Salary and Benefits
1.Salary up to 30,000 RMB per month based on experience and qualifications;
2.Housing allowance 2,000 RMB per month;
3.Work visa provided;
4.Health insurance provided;
5.Flight reimbursement available after completing contract;
6.Contract completion bonus available;
7.Holidays:
