Basic Info

1.Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day;
2.Position: Kindergarten English Teacher;
3.Student Age: 3 to 6 years old;
4.Class Size: About 24 students per classes;

Job Description

1.Follow the Montessori lead teacher to manage the class daily;
2.Under lead teacher’ direction, set up and maintain Montessori environment;
3.Able to deal with emergencies, and accidents/incidents timely with your lead teacher;
4.Responsible for all kinds of safety work of class with your lead teacher;
5.Under academic director’s guidance, finish English lesson planning, English lesson teaching, and evaluate children’s English level;
6.Participate in trainings and other related assignments;
7.Highly cooperate to do enrollment activities, parent workshops, and other related events in and out of school;
8.Keep in touch with parents properly, and follow rules of school to communicate with parents about children’s English learning;

Requirements

1.Bachelor’s Degree or above required (early childhood education related majors preferred);
2.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3.Clear criminal background check;
4.3-6 AMS or AMI certificate preferred;
5.Minimum 1 year previous teaching experience in related fields;

Salary and Benefits

1.Salary range 23,000 to 25,000 RMB before tax per month based on experience and qualifications;
2.Housing allowance included in the salary package;

5.Contract completion bonus available;
6.Montessori education certification programs including AMI& AMS;
7.At the end of the probationary period, 15 paid annual leave days. After 3 years, add 1 day for each additional year, maximum 20 days
8.After 1 month's employment, 3 paid sick leave days. After 1 year's employment, 5 paid sick leave days
9.Holidays:
- All Chinese national holidays
- Paid 10 days personal leave
