Spanish project partnership
Our company mainly operates TikTokshop in Spain. In order to meet the requirements for opening a TikTok store in Spain, we need to find a Spanish citizen to hold the company's shares and serve as the legal representative.
Main responsibilities:
1. Must be of Spanish nationality;
2. Serve as the shareholder (legal person) of the Spanish project company;
3. Do not participate in the company's management and may sign an exemption agreement with the company.
