Job Responsibilities
1. Assist superiors in conducting market research and investment promotion for industrial parks, office buildings, and supporting commercial facilities;
2. Participate in the formulation of investment plans, explore investment channels, and maintain long-term communication and cooperation mechanisms with relevant government agencies, industry associations, upstream and downstream enterprises, etc;
3. Properly reserve merchant resources, establish negotiation schedules, and facilitate customer negotiation reception and negotiation
4. Carry out specific investment promotion work, negotiate, sign contracts, coordinate, and supervise various businesses;
5. The leader assigned other tasks.
6. Basic salary+commission, generous work allowance and travel benefits

Job Requirements
1. Has a keen market awareness, adaptability, leadership ability, and the ability to independently explore the market, good communication and adaptability, as well as teamwork and stress resistance

2. Has a strong enterprising spirit, full of energy, healthy body, optimistic and open-minded, and full of pioneering spirit;
3. More than 1 year of experience in various industrial parks, industrial real estate or real estate investment and sales, and participation in the promotion and investment work of industrial land projects is preferred;
4. Having experience in dealing with government departments and being familiar with the government investment process is preferable;
5. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
6. Having experience in industrial real estate investment planning or successful cases, familiar with investment site selection strategies for large and medium-sized enterprises;
7. Familiar with the process of industrial real estate expansion, with practical project operation experience;
8. This position welcomes interns and fresh graduates on campus.
