Primary Responsibilities:
Factory Resource Development:
1.1 Conduct thorough research on local factory resources in Mexico across various categories, including but not limited to daily necessities, household items, fast-moving consumer goods, etc., and establish and maintain strong partnerships.
1.2 Evaluate factory production capabilities, product quality, and cost control abilities to select high-quality suppliers that meet the group's needs.
1.3 Assist factories in enhancing product competitiveness to foster long-term cooperation.
Customer Acquisition for Sales:
2.1 Develop and execute sales strategies for daily necessities in the Mexican market, actively seeking and acquiring new customers to expand market share.
2.2 Deeply understand customer needs, provide customized solutions, and enhance customer loyalty.
2.3 Regularly visit customers, collect market feedback, and optimize products and services.
Group-assigned Tasks:
3.1 Efficiently execute various tasks assigned by the group, including but not limited to market research, competitor analysis, project coordination, etc.
3.2 Maintain close communication with the group headquarters to ensure accurate information transmission and timely reporting of work progress and encountered issues.
Sales and Procurement Management:
4.1 Coordinate sales and procurement efforts to ensure smooth supply chains, optimize inventory structures, and reduce operational costs.
4.2 Follow up on order execution, handle customer complaints, and enhance customer satisfaction.
4.3 Adjust sales strategies and procurement plans in line with market trends and group strategies.
Local Affairs Handling:
5.1 Familiarize oneself with and comply with Mexican local laws and regulations, handling communications and collaborations with government departments, industry associations, and related institutions.
5.2 Keep abreast of industry dynamics, timely collect and analyze market information to support group decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in International Trade, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related fields preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in foreign trade, procurement, and sales, with familiarity in the Mexican market being advantageous.
Proficient in Spanish and English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
Strong market analysis, judgment, and problem-solving skills, capable of independently conducting business.
Excellent teamwork spirit and leadership, able to withstand work pressure and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Work Location: Initially remote work, transitioning to office work at the Mexican office upon establishment depending on business development.
