岗位职责Job responsibilities:
1.负责俱乐部U16高水平运动队的训练。
1. Responsible for training the club's U16 high-level sports team.
2.协助俱乐部高水平运动队主教练设计好各梯队的训练大纲
2. Assist the head coach of the club's high-level sports team in designing training outlines for each tier of teams
3.协助俱乐部高水平运动队主管经理做好梯队管理。
3. Assist the high-level sports team manager of the club in managing the team effectively.
4.在日常工作中，发现与选拔有潜力的苗子。
4. Identify and select potential seedlings in daily work.
5.在完成高水平训练之余，适当地接受俱乐部会员私教的预约并开展教学。
5.In addition to completing high-level training, appropriately accept club member private teaching appointments and carry out teaching.

背景要求：
Background requirements：
1.15年以上高水平专业网球训练经历。能打会教。曾受训于全球知名网球俱乐部的优先。
1.More than 15 years of high-level professional tennis training experience. Can play and teach. Priority given to those who have received training from globally renowned tennis clubs.
2.曾打过ITF/WTA/ATP等国际职业网球比赛并获得相应的积分和排名。排名高的优先。
2.Have played international professional tennis tournaments such as ITF/WTA/ATP and obtained corresponding points and rankings. Priority will be given to those with higher rankings.
3.曾作为主教练/助教执教过职业巡回赛职业球员的优先。
3.Priority will be given to professional players who have previously coached as head coach/assistant coach for international professional tournaments.
4.所带的球员曾获得国家或全球性职业比赛优胜的优先。
4.Players who have won national or global professional competitions will be given priority.
5.大学本科以上学历。
