Job Description:
1. Providing professional consulting service and rationalized suggestions for families who intend to study abroad at the junior-high/senior-high/undergraduate level to facilitate the signing of contracts;
2. Consulting service including but not limited to: planning, school selection program, materials preparation for documents, essay writing, preparation and translation of application materials, online application, campus interview scheduling and guidance, visa guidance, etc.
3. Understanding students' personal background, providing reasonable advice, assisting students to enhance their abilities, and designing feasible programs for students.
4. Tapping into the writing materials of application documents, work on essay creation, revision and refinement including: personal statement, letters of recommendation, resume, certificates and so on;
5. Working with foreign counselors on students’ interviewing skills improvement and essay revision, further discussion with students based on the foreign counselor's comments;
6. Proactively contacting customers with effective communication, solving customer concerns and problems and keeping records to maintain customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:
1. Working experience or previous experience in the study-abroad education industry may not required for highly-qualified talents with an excellent education background, we provide a comprehensive training and coaching system;
2. Bachelor’s degree and/or above required, graduates from top-tier universities overseas (UK/U. S/Canada) or 985/211 in mainland China preferred;
3. TEM-8, TOEFL 110+, IELTS 8+, native/native-like speaker of English preferred;
4. Great time management skills, ability to work under pressure and to work overtime during peak seasons;
5. Proactive, rapid and continuous learning ability with potential for development;
6. Great sense of responsibility, deep mindset of service orientation with affinity to provide high-end customer service.
