Hope you are:
1. Having more than 1 year of customer service work experience, with a full-time college degree or above,-4 or above with a certificate, able to independently browse English-only websites;
2. Outgoing personality, proactive and enthusiastic about work, ambitious, with good skills, and a strong desire for learning and knowledge;
3. Having some understanding and knowledge of foreign trade e-commerce, with a deep interest in cross-border e;
4. Having good data analysis skills, regularly integrating system sales, inventory,
logistics, and other information;
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for handling customer orders returns, exchanges, etc., and answering customer questions on the platform;
2. Ensuring the accuracy of order content, and promptly resolving various customer inquiries and requests
3. Regularly analyzing after-sales data, identifying abnormal issues, and providing suggestions and opinions for improvement.
