1、 Responsible for teaching Arts and shows written evidence of preparation upon request of supervisor(s)
2、 Implements and prepares lesson plans aligned with curriculum maps for grade level/subject area and includes activities for differentiated instruction to meet varied learning styles, abilities, and needs of students in a culturally sensitive environment
3、 Responsible for organizing educational trips and visits.
4、 Assist with department plans and systems that deliver quality education efficiently
5、 Prepares, administers and corrects evaluations and assessments, and records results;
 Responsible for classroom management, encouraging, and supporting the use of ICT in lessons
6、 Confers with parents and students regarding progress/problems of assigned students; arranges and participates in teacher-parent or teacher-student conferences as necessary;
7、 Attends and actively participates in staff/faculty meetings and provides input regarding the planning of instruction goals, objectives and methods.
8、 Selects and uses appropriate instructional strategies including, but not limited to, lectures, group discussions, demonstrations, modeling and multimedia teaching aids to present subject matter to students;
9、 Creates a classroom environment that provides for student involvement in the learning process and enables each student to achieve learning objectives
10、 Prepares an updated class list when requested.
11、 Plans at least one extra-curricular activity for students. Promotes cross-cultural understanding among students
12、 Performs other duties as assigned

Essential Requirements：
1、Teachers with excellent verbal and written English language skills.
2、Bachelor’s degree of Art and Design/ Fine Art / Arts related subjects；Teacher Certification/ Qualification
3、At least two years of teaching experience in related subject
4、Ability to infuse technology into curriculum;
5、An effective teaching practitioner with evidence of good classroom practice.
6、Strong working knowledge of an international curriculum
7、Qualified for applying the work permit and work visa in China;
8、Can be on board soon;
