Job Responsibilities：
1. Teaching: Responsible for teaching art courses across middle school grades;tailor teaching plans to the developmental stages and
individual needs of young learners; regularly organize art exhibitions and creative activities to provide students with platforms to
showcase their work .
2. Curriculum Development:Integrate international advanced art education concepts and teaching methods,introduce diverse cultural and
artistic elements,design innovative and practical art curriculum content,and enrich the school's art education system .
3. Student Management:Responsible for classroom discipline management,creating a positive and nurturing learning atmosphere;pay
timely attention to students'learning progress and emotional well-being,understand their needs and difficulties,provide necessary
guidance and assistance;establish a good teacher-student relationship,becoming a mentor and friend to students .
4. Teaching Research: Keep up with the development trends in international art education, continuously learn and update teaching
philosophy and methods to enhance professional quality and teaching level .
5. Home-School Communication:Regularly communicate with parents,provide guidance and suggestions on art education,and jointly
explore how to better promote students'creative growth .

Qualifications：
1. Educational Background:Bachelor's degree or above in fine arts,art education,or related fields,with solid art theory knowledge and rich
practical experience in visual arts .
2. Teaching Experience:At least 2 years of art teaching experience in international schools or related educational institutions at the middle
school level,familiar with the teaching mode and characteristics of young learners in international schools;those with overseas art
teaching experience will be given priority .
3. Language Skills:Good English communication skills,able to conduct daily teaching and communication in English;those who can reach
the level of native English speakers will be given priority .
4. Professional Skills:Proficient in at least one form of painting or visual art;those with calligraphy,handicraft,or ceramics teaching ability
will be given priority;possess certain art creation and curation skills .
5. Personal Qualities:Passionate about art education,with a high sense of responsibility and professionalism;adaptable to a multicultural
environment,with good communication skills and teamwork spirit;innovative and enterprising,continuously learning and improving
professional level .
