Job requirements: Quality Management Department Manager Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for implementing the company's quality policy, objectives, management system, production quality control, and system implementation.
2. Responsible for formulating and implementing quality standards and inspection rules for incoming materials, work in progress, and finished products to ensure that factory products are qualified.
3. Handle quality abnormalities, assist in handling customer complaints, analyze reasons for returns, and develop improvement measures.
4. Control quality inspection costs, manage, supervise, assess, and train subordinates.
5. Communicate and coordinate with relevant business departments to complete other tasks assigned by leaders. Job requirements: Able to speak and write in English, able to communicate normally in English. Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical drawing, proficient in ISO quality management system and relevant inspection standards in the hardware industry, quality control techniques (QC seven techniques, 8D, SPC, QCC, etc.)
