Job Responsibilities​
Communicate flexibly with players, handle user complaints and dissatisfaction properly, resolve conflicts in a timely manner, and maintain a good user experience.​
Collect and organize bugs and suggestions from players during the game, providing strong support for game optimization and iteration.​
Answer players' questions and resolve their concerns through various channels, including email, Google Play, Apple Store, Steam, etc.​
Publish game announcements, release and manage game events, ensuring accurate information dissemination and the smooth progress of activities.​
Use community forums such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Discord, etc., to carry out website operation work, respond to players' suggestions and messages, and enhance community activity and player stickiness.​
Job Requirements​
Game enthusiasts with experience in various game genres, familiar with the gaming industry and players' needs.​
Fluent in English and Russian in both reading and writing, enabling seamless communication with international players.​
Meticulous, patient, with a strong sense of service, and able to work well under pressure.​
Capable of working stably for at least one year and able to start work as soon as possible.​
This position allows for full - time remote work, work - from - home, with no restrictions on the work location. A personal computer is required.​
