【Work Type】
Part-time, with flexible scheduling and occasional in-person appointments in Germany.

【About the Role】
We are looking for a reliable German national for long-term cooperation, supporting company registration, local administrative procedures and cross-border projects.

【Job Responsibilities】
·Support administrative tasks related to company registration in Germany, including signing relevant documents and agreements, coordinating with notary offices and attending scheduled appointments；
·Assist with document preparation, submission and administrative follow-up；
·Receive and forward business correspondence as needed；
·Maintain timely communication with our international team and local professional advisers；
·Provide ongoing administrative support under a long-term cooperation arrangement, with flexible scheduling and appointments agreed in advance

【Requirements】
German nationality is mandatory.
Currently based in Germany and available for occasional local appointments.
Good German and English communication skills.
Responsible, responsive and comfortable handling confidential documents.
Interested in a stable, long-term partnership.
Previous administrative, business or e-commerce experience is an advantage but not essential.

【Cooperation and Compensation】
Initial 12-month cooperation agreement, with the possibility of annual renewal.
Flexible working arrangements, with tasks and appointments coordinated in advance.
Agreed compensation based on responsibilities and workload, with timely payments.
Pre-approved travel and administrative expenses reimbursed as agreed.
Ongoing coordination and support from our team, with opportunities for further cooperation.
