Our expertise spans luxury packaging, reusable solutions, and diverse packaging concepts for top global brands across sectors like spirits, cosmetics, and confectionery.

We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Account Manager to join our Shanghai team. You'll have the exciting opportunity to work on projects for some of the world’s most renowned brands, with whom you will maintain a close and healthy relationship and you also will find and develop new potentials for expanding our business.

What You’ll Do:
• Achieve Sales growth and financial targets for Key Accounts
• Supporting existing customers and provide leading customer service and Account Management
• Create and manage a portfolio of customers in assigned markets
• Schedule meetings with potential customers
• Create pro-active business relationships with customers
• Handle Sales bids, present offers and negotiate prices, until signing the final contracts
• Update and maintain information in CRM and ERP systems
• Attend trade shows to find new customers and business ideas
• Actively present new ideas for developing the assigned markets
• Perform other related duties as required by management

What We’re Looking For:
We want energetic, driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to take on challenges. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset, we want to hear from you.

Essential Skills:
• 2+ years commercial experience as an Account Manager
• Dynamic and motivated decision maker with pro-active approach
• Fluent in English and another foreign language (German preferred)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Master Degree in Business or related field

Bonus Skills (Not Required):
• Experience in the packaging industry
