What You Bring
1.A bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline (master’s degree is a plus).
2.2+ years of professional experience, with exposure to manufacturing operations preferred but not required.
3.A hunger to learn, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
4.Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to collaborate across teams and hierarchies.
5.A results-driven mindset with the resilience to overcome challenges and the ambition to lead.
