1.Handle local customer inquiries, address client needs, and facilitate order closures.
2.Process customer orders, manage overseas trade contract execution and review, mitigate international risks, and ensure secure payment collection.
3.Maintain timely communication with clients, nurture customer relationships, and fully explore potential for account development.
4.Support large-scale professional exhibitions (domestic and international).
5.Assist with other daily operational tasks as required.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) field.
2.Strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing); able to interact fluently with international clients.
3.Interest in B2B industries such as industrial manufacturing, automation instruments, and cross-border e-commerce.
4.Detail-oriented, diligent, responsible, and resilient under pressure.
5.Excellent communication and coordination skills.
6.Preference will be given to candidates willing to pursue long-term development in the country of internship.
