1. Job Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of recruitment processes, including senior talent acquisition, strategic position matching, and global recruitment strategy formulation.
Handle complex employee relations, provide advanced advisory support, and manage labor disputes, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
Design and lead employee training and development programs, driving leadership development and talent pipeline building.
Optimize compensation and benefits systems, employee records management, and compliance audits, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
Participate in senior HR strategy formulation, lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and analyze HR data to support business decisions.
2. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields; Master's degree preferred.
Familiar with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Monster, etc. are preferred.
3+ years of HR experience, with at least 1 years in senior HR roles, familiar with Chinese and international labor laws, and HR analytics tools (e.g., HRIS systems).
Excellent leadership and strategic thinking, with cross-functional collaboration and change management experience.
Proficient in advanced Office software, data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau or advanced Excel), and HR systems, with fluent English .
Preference for candidates holding senior HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP or CIPD).
