Job Responsibilities:
1. Regularly organize market research, collect market information, and analyze market trends, characteristics, and development directions. Gather information about competitors, monitor local market dynamics, analyze sales and market competition, and propose improvement plans and measures.
2. Responsible for collecting, organizing, and summarizing customer information, and conducting thorough analysis of customer groups. Establish customer profiles at all levels and maintain two-way communication with customers. Keep detailed records of customer visits, resolve customer issues quickly, efficiently, and politely, objectively and promptly reflect customer opinions and suggestions, and continuously improve work. Ensure timely renewal of contracts for clients with expiring agreements.
3. Sales strategies and plans: determine sales strategies, set sales targets, and formulate sales plans.
4. Adhere strictly to professional ethics, do not disclose customer information, and maintain confidentiality. Coordinate and communicate effectively with all departments.
