Job Description：
1.Design and implement a rigorous and engaging AP Psychology teaching plan that covers all the core topics of the course.
2. Adopt diverse teaching and assessment methods to meet the learning needs of different students and cultivate their critical thinking skills.
3. Provide students with effective preparation strategies and guidance for the AP exams, ensuring a high pass rate.
4. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to engage in academic exploration and discussions.
5. Regularly communicate with parents about the students' progress and actively participate in the school's related academic activities.
6.Manages the team for the humanities department and formulates teaching and research plans, leading the innovation of courses and the professional development of teachers.

Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in education, psychology or related humanities fields. Master's degree or above is preferred.
2. Native English speaker with excellent academic English communication skills
3. Candidates must hold valid teaching qualification certificates. Those with management and teaching experience will be given priority for recruitment.
4. Possess outstanding team leadership skills and cross-cultural communication and coordination abilities, and be capable of effectively coordinating multi-disciplinary collaborative projects.

Salary and benefits:
RMB30 to 40K per month
Provided 2k housing allowance per month
Flight reimbursement: 6K
Winter and summer vocations fully paid，all the public holidays fully paid
