Job Responsibilities

- Provide professional consulting services on anti-corruption policies, laws, and regulations in various countries and regions where the client operates, helping the client understand and adapt to local compliance requirements.

- Assist the client in identifying potential anti-corruption risks in business expansion, project operation, and cooperative partnerships, and propose practical and feasible risk prevention and control suggestions.

- Offer guidance and advice on the client’s internal anti-corruption compliance system construction, and provide professional support when the client faces anti-corruption-related inquiries or potential investigation risks.

- Timely update the client on the latest trends of anti-corruption policies, regulatory changes, and industry practices globally, ensuring the client’s compliance strategies keep pace with the times.

- Cooperate with the client’s team remotely according to business needs, complete consulting tasks efficiently, and provide clear and professional analysis reports when necessary.

Candidate Qualifications

- Have in-depth expertise and practical experience in the anti-corruption field, with a background in one or more of the following: expert scholars engaged in anti-corruption research, think tank researchers focusing on anti-corruption policies, investigative journalists with anti-corruption reporting experience, former government decision-makers familiar with anti-corruption supervision, or professionals from NGOs engaged in anti-corruption work.

- Familiar with anti-corruption laws, regulations, and industry norms in one or more countries/regions, with a global perspective and the ability to analyze and respond to cross-border anti-corruption risks.

- Excellent communication and expression skills, able to clearly convey professional opinions and provide targeted consulting solutions; proficient in English (written and spoken), proficiency in other languages is a plus.

- Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and confidentiality; able to work independently and efficiently under remote and part-time work mode, and respond timely to the client’s consulting needs.
