About the Role

The International Curriculum Center is seeking a mature, experienced, and highly stable High School Football Teacher to join our physical education faculty. As a high school that functions as a dedicated international curriculum center under a university affiliation, we serve students preparing for overseas university admission. You will be responsible for developing and delivering a structured football curriculum that balances athletic skill development with character education, teamwork, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality football instruction to high school students across beginner, intermediate, and varsity levels

Design and implement a year-round training plan aligned with the academic calendar

Select, coach, and manage school football teams for inter-school and regional competitions

Monitor student progress and provide written feedback on athletic performance, fitness development, and sportsmanship

Ensure all training sessions and competitions comply with safety, first aid, and child protection protocols

Collaborate with academic staff to balance athletic commitments with students' university preparation goals

Participate in department meetings and school sports events as required

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of football coaching or physical education teaching experience at high school, collegiate, or professional youth academy level

Employment Stability: Demonstrated stable work history with verifiable long-term tenure (e.g., 3+ years with a single employer).

Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field

Language: Professional working proficiency in English

Availability: Must be able to relocate to Beijing and commence employment in August 2026
