Requirements资历要求
具备教育学或相关领域本科及以上学历,硕士学位优先。
A Bachelor’s degree or above in Education or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
持有有效教师资格证,并具备课程领导或教学管理相关资质者优先。
A valid teaching qualification is required; additional leadership qualifications are advantageous.
具备至少5年小学阶段教学经验,并具有一定的教学领导经验(如年级组长、课程协调员等)。
A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Primary education is required, along with demonstrated experience in leadership roles such as grade-level or curriculum coordination.
具备IB PYP项目经验,并深入理解概念驱动学习与跨学科课程设计。
Experience with the IB PYP is required, with a strong understanding of concept-based and transdisciplinary learning.
具备课程设计与纵向衔接能力,能够确保不同年级之间学习的连续性。
The ability to design and align curriculum across grade levels to ensure progression and continuity is essential.
具备数据分析能力,能够基于学生学习数据推动教学改进。
The ability to analyse student data and use it to inform teaching and learning improvements is required.
具备良好的教师评估与专业发展支持能力。
Experience in teacher appraisal and professional development is required.
具备优秀的沟通能力,能够与学生、教师及家长有效互动。
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential when working with students, staff, and parents.
具备跨文化领导能力,能够在国际化环境中有效工作。
The ability to lead and work effectively in a multicultural and international school environment is essential.

负责小学阶段教学与学习的整体质量,确保IB PYP项目的高效实施,推动以学生为中心的探究式学习。
To lead teaching and learning in the Primary School, ensuring effective delivery of the IB PYP and promoting student-centred inquiry-based learning.

To enhance student outcomes through strong curriculum leadership and team development.

支持教师发展与评估。
Support teacher appraisal and development.

Contribute to school operations.

Teaching Duties 教学职责
根据学校安排承担适量课程教学,通常为部分学科或跨学科课程。
Undertake a reduced teaching load, which may include subject or transdisciplinary teaching.
通过课堂教学示范高质量的探究式学习与概念驱动教学。
Model effective inquiry-based and concept-driven teaching practices.
将课堂实践与教学领导相结合,推动全校教学改进。
Integrate classroom practice with instructional leadership to drive whole-school improvement.
