1-Follow up the production progress of garment orders at overseas factories to ensure on-time delivery, and coordinate and resolve abnormalities arising during production.
2-Continuously drive supplier development and quality improvement to meet order quality standards, and confirm key delivery schedules with factories.
3-Track product quality issues, collect and analyze quality data, propose corrective and preventive measures, and supervise the implementation and effectiveness of rectification.
4-Be familiar with garment production technology and procedures, and have in-depth knowledge of sewing, pattern making and grading to ensure products comply with technical and quality specifications.
5-Possess strong on-site management capabilities, supervise sample and mass production on site, and identify and resolve quality problems in a timely manner.
6-Independently conduct initial, in-process and final inspections as well as finished product quality checks, issue detailed inspection reports, and assist third-party QC with random inspections.
7-Proficient in oral and written English, capable of effective email correspondence and meeting communication with overseas factories and clients.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors and actively cooperate with cross-department teams.
