Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Management
Manage full product lifecycle and explore tailored promotional strategies based on product characteristics.
Organize internal product training and external promotional activities.
Oversee post-launch market feedback for continuous optimization.
2. Brand Operations
Oversee the daily operations of international promotional platforms.
Plan, design, procure, and distribute corporate marketing materials and merchandise.
3. Marketing & Content Creation
Design and update bilingual (CN/EN) marketing materials (brochures, banners, posters, invitations).
Produce engaging bilingual content and video (scripting, filming, editing, and publishing).
4. Event Support
Provide material preparation and operational support for domestic/international trade shows, live streams, and conferences.
Qualifications:
*Education & Experience: Master's degree or above in Biology or related fields. At least 1 year of experience. (Next-Generation Sequencing / NGS background is highly preferred!)
*Technical Skills: Proficient in office software and design/editing tools for promotional materials. Prior new media experience is a plus.
*Soft Skills: Strong execution, high sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork, and coordination skills.
*Language: Native English speaker with daily communication skills in Chinese (HSK6 + HSKK preferred).
