Your mission at WorkNomads:

Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities.
Translate user feedback, behavioral data, analytics, and market insights into product decisions.
Partner with Engineering and AI teams to shape and deliver innovative AI-powered experiences.
Lead product discovery initiatives, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and experimentation.
Drive product-market fit validation through continuous testing and learning.
Develop and execute strategies to improve user engagement, retention, and long-term product adoption.
Monitor and optimize key product metrics and success indicators.
Collaborate closely with Trust & Safety teams to ensure responsible and trustworthy AI experiences.
Work with Customer Support and Operations teams to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data, Leadership, and Customer-facing teams.
Prioritize initiatives based on user impact, business value, and technical feasibility
Requirements

We want to hear from you if you have:

Proven experience as a Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, or AI Product Manager.
Strong experience building and scaling consumer-facing digital products (B2C).
Experience working with AI-powered products, machine learning applications, or LLM-based experiences.
Strong understanding of product analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making.
Experience conducting user research and translating customer insights into product improvements.
Demonstrated success driving product growth, engagement, and retention.
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Experience with conversational AI, virtual assistants, chatbots, or LLM-based applications.
Experience with personalization systems, recommendation engines, or memory-driven user experiences.
Background in coaching, wellness, behavioral technology, engagement platforms, or community-focused products.
Experience with Trust & Safety frameworks, AI governance, privacy, or responsible AI initiatives.
Familiarity with user lifecycle management and customer journey optimization.
Experience in fast-growing startup or scale-up environments.
A passion for continuous learning & collaboration in a global setting
