Develop and execute international sales strategies to expand market presence in assigned regions.
Identify and establish relationships with new distributors, retailers, and strategic partners. Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, negotiations, and contract closure. Collaborate with marketing teams to adapt promotional materials for global audiences.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales tactics. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with logistics and after-sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Represent the company at international trade shows and business events.
Provide post-sales support and resolve escalated customer issues promptly.
