The school is currently undergoing an important transition from a bilingual education model toward a fully developed international education pathway, with the A-Level / IGCSE curriculum system currently under development and expansion.

We are looking for a genuine school-based international education leader who has the ability to:
build an International Division from 0 to 1 → establish a robust A-Level/IGCSE curriculum system → recruit and lead Chinese and international faculty → develop an overseas university counseling system → successfully support the first graduating cohort → establish sustainable admissions and a strong school reputation.
The successful candidate will have overall leadership responsibility for the International Division's academic quality, curriculum development, faculty team, student development, university outcomes, admissions, parent relations, operations, and long-term development.

• Develop a complete A-Level operational framework covering curriculum development, examination-board registration/authorization, subject selection, predicted grades, examination administration, academic monitoring, and university progression;
• Continuously improve students’ academic performance and international examination outcomes.
3. Faculty Recruitment, Development, and Management
• Lead the recruitment, deployment, development, evaluation, and retention of Chinese and international faculty;
