1. Develop Chinese and Chinese-invested client resources locally in Kenya, visit Chinese enterprises in Kenya, explore demands for internet leased line, bandwidth upgrade, networking, surveillance and weak-current projects.
2. Communicate with Chinese clients in Kenya, conduct requirement analysis, solution presentation and quotation negotiation. Manage full sales cycle from lead follow-up, contract signing to payment collection.
3. Maintain existing Chinese clients, carry out regular follow-ups to promote renewal, bandwidth expansion and new weak-current projects, improve customer loyalty and recurring revenue.
4. Coordinate with local technical and weak-current teams for site survey, construction, service activation, acceptance and after-sales support to ensure smooth project delivery.
5. Maintain customer profiles and sales records, submit sales reports, market intelligence and work plans on schedule.
6. Monitor market trends and competitor information among Chinese community in Kenya, continuously optimize business development strategies.
