1.Company Overview：
We are a cross-border business company with clients across multiple overseas countries and regions.As our overseas business continues to expand,we are recruiting several overseas customer communication specialists,primarily on a part-time basis,preferably in the Yangtze River Delta region.outstanding performers may be offered long-term cooperation.
2.Key Responsibilities：
Conduct online calls,video conferences,and instant messaging with overseas clients as required to maintain client relationships.
Respond to client emails and messages in English;draft communication notes,clients reports,and business copy.
Follow up on client feedback,complaints,and suggestions;coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution and improved client satisfaction.
Maintain communication records and client files.
Participate in script optimization and process improvement;support cross-time-zone communication arrangements.
3.Qualifications:
Native English speaker or native-level fluency;clear pronunciation;able to conduct business calls without barriers.
Able yo conduct calls with overseas clients as required;strong communication and adaptability skills.
Active thinker and quick responder with strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Solid writing skills;able to independently draft English emails,client reports,and communication notes.
Outgoing personality;enjoys communication;skilled at building trust and advancing ongoing client maintenance.
Dedicated and able to arrange working hours flexibly according to overseas clients'time zones.
Equipped for remote work,including stable internet,a quiet environment,and basic office equipment.
Proficient in Zoom,Whatsapp,Skype,Email,and other tools.
Current residence,study,or work location in the Yangtze River Delta region preferred.
Experience in cross-border business,foreign trade,customer service,or cross-border e-commerce preferred.
4.Preferred Qualifications:
Basic Chinese communication skills.
5.Compensation＆Benefits:
Compensation negotiable,based on work performance.
Remote part-time role with flexible hours;outstanding performers may be offered long-term cooperation.
6.Working Hours:
Remote part-time;flexible scheduling according to overseas clients'time zone.Some roles may require communication during European or American time difference.
