Business Development Manager – BESS Europe（Romania）
(YGE)
Romanian native or fluent; English professional working proficiency.

——Salary：4~8K Euro/Month

**Job Responsibilities：
1、Identify and develop BESS opportunities; build relationships with Developers, IPPs, EPC contractors and investors.
2、Assess project reality, maturity, grid connection, permitting, financing, procurement timing and ER entry point.
3、Lead opportunities from project discussion to technical requirement, RFQ, solution, quotation, negotiation and order.
4、Develop local partnerships with EPC, PCS, EMS, battery, engineering and service partners.
5、Provide continuous feedback on BESS policy, grid requirements, competitors, pricing, customer needs, certification, compliance and market trends.

**Requirements
1、3–5 years of experience in renewable energy project development, business development or solution sales.
2、Experience in BESS / energy storage, solar PV, wind, hybrid renewable projects or grid-connected energy infrastructure is preferred.
3、1–2 years of direct exposure to BESS or energy storage projects is preferred, especially utility-scale BESS, solar + storage or wind + storage.
4、Extensive BESS-only experience is not mandatory, but strong renewable energy project development capability is required.
5.Under 35 years old Preferred
6.Language: Romanian native or fluent; English professional working proficiency.
7.Bachelor's degree in a related field above

PS: Preferred candidates should have Romanian solar, wind or BESS project experience, existing relationships with local Developers, EPCs and IPPs, familiarity with ANRE and Transelectrica-related project processes, grid connection experience, BESS RFQ / procurement experience and an existing renewable energy customer network.
