Job Description:

1. Complete the lesson plan and implementation together with the Chinese lead teacher according to the kindergarten curriculum plan, complete the English teaching activity lesson plan, teaching AIDS design, semester work summary, etc.
2. Record children's English learning progress and English assessment; Co-responsible for teaching communication, feedback about children in the kindergarten;
3. Implement the teaching method of project-based, accompany the children's rest and activities throughout the day, and provide an English communication atmosphere.
4. Organize and plan various festival celebrations.
5. Arrange teaching activities according to the teaching schedule, implement the
kindergarten curriculum, and according to the teaching arrangement, work with Chinese teachers on teaching activities, class environment creation, communication and feedback from parents, etc. (including but not limited to weekly planning, weekly children's feedback, design and preparation of 2/3D work materials, weekly English picture book reading design, project curriculum design and lesson preparation, English teaching and research, end-of-semester data collection, end-of-semester summary for children's evaluation, etc.)

Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Age: from 22 to 40 years old, in good health
2. Native English speaker;
3. Love children, friendly appearance, lively personality, be good at communication,
standard and clear English pronunciation;
4. Bachelor degree or above; major in early childhood education or English field preferred;
5. At least one year of kindergarten teaching experience, love preschool education, like to
work with children;
6. TEFL/TESOL certificate for 120 hours;
7. No criminal record, meet the requirements for foreigner work permit and Z visa;
8. Fulfill the requirements to apply Chinese authority English teacher work permit;
9. Be familiar with project courses, have experience in group activities, be able to hold
English activities that can attract the interest of children

Salary and Benefits:

1. Monthly salary: 18,000-22,000 RMB (before tax)
