Job Responsibilities:
1. Company System and Process Training: Learn and master the company's product knowledge and foreign trade process system;
2. Customer Development: Utilize the company's self-built website platform, and based on localized customer needs and habits, formulate tailored professional development policies and cooperation methods for each country;
3. Customer Follow-up: Utilize the company's website platform to complete inquiries, follow up, or independently develop and follow up on inquiries for assigned client resources. Responsible for negotiations with clients until orders are secured, and assist in post-sales service work;
4. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain effective communication with clients, manage customer relationships well, and ensure client retention and engagement;
5. Market Analysis: Conduct localized market analysis on customers and products, and formulate sales plans based on self-assessment and corporate strategic development, actively achieving sales targets.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with preference for majors in Economics and Trade/English;
2. 1-2 years of foreign trade experience, with priority given to candidates with experience in the optoelectronics or telecommunications industry;
3. Proficiency in Indonesian and Chinese is preferred; fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
4. Possess good basic qualities, a positive attitude, strong adaptability, and align with the company culture and industry development.
5. Part-time positions are acceptable.
