•Create a full factory rendering and digital twin to showcase manufacturing footprint development.
•Support operations in KPI definition, monitoring & governance to achieve anticipated level of performance.
•Provide Industrial Models & Benchmarking analysis to drive local capacity for optimum asset utilization
•Ensure budget preparation delivery by acting as interface between G&A and Operations
•IR process management at site level
•Support for ROI calculation with Financial controller
•Ensure monitoring and tracking of the value Creation
Skills

Profile
•Experienced in capacity modeling and lean flow design. Able to extract value from complex data samples and recognize distribution patterns.
•Experienced with workshop simulation tool (Simio, FlexSim Arena, Visual Component) is a plus
•Bachelor degree, major in industrial or systems engineering & >5 years experience as IE in high tech company (could be card plant but not
essential)
Key deliverable
•Rendering and modeling of the full pant layout with a provided simulation software.
•Assessment of the plant’s manufacturing process efficiency using simulation models.
•Update to existing Industrial Engineering tools for capacity calculation based on assets and product routing.
•Quarterly review of the machine utilization in each Autonomous Production Unit (machine loading based on product mix, machine capability
and repeatability)
•In depth analysis of site’s performance based on live ERP data and creation of new models to manage production challenges.
•Standardize headcount models and deploy governance to assess the respect of standards based on allocated volumes throughout the year.
•Quarterly review of SLA related KPIs for inbound, internal and outbound flows. Classification of standard & non-standard flows and impact on
KPIs.
