Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the development of offline Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan distributors of beauty instrument projects
2. Do a good job in the maintenance of the existing channel business cooperation relationship of the agent, and assist the agent to work with high quality
3. Responsible for the training and management of the company's physical store staff, and improve the sales service awareness and sales skills of the sales service team members
4. Docking with the company's internal to ensure the implementation of the marketing plan

Qualifications
1. Full-time college degree or above, 30-40 years old
2. Have rich B-end resources of beauty instruments, excellent development and management experience, strong business negotiation ability and independent market development ability.
3. High market sensitivity, strong sense of market competition, and ability to take the initiative to bear target pressure.
4. Outgoing personality, strong dedication and challenging spirit

1、负责美容仪项目的线下港澳台经销商的开拓
2、做好代理商现有渠道业务合作关系的维护，协助代理商工作高质量运行
3、负责公司实体门店员工的培训和管理，提升销售服务团队人员的销售服务意识和销售技能
4、对接公司内部，保证营销方案的落地执行

任职资格
1、全日制大专以上学历，30-40岁
2、有丰富的美容仪B端资源，优秀的开发管理经验，具备较强的商务谈判能力和独立的市场开拓能力。
3、市场敏感度高，强烈的市场竞争意识，能够主动承担目标压力。
4、性格外向，有强烈的事业心及挑战
