International B2C Commerce Account Manager (Intern Considered)

Location: Remote for First 3 Months, then Hangzhou, China | Full-Time or Internship

Trial Period & Metrics:

The role begins with a 3-month remote trial period, during which you will be required to meet key performance metrics related to marketplace management, advertising efficiency (TACOS), and total sales. Upon successful completion, the position will transition to our head office in Hangzhou, China.

Position Overview:

The International B2C Commerce Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing our marketplace stores, ensuring optimal product listings, managing advertising campaigns, and tracking total sales performance. You will focus on optimizing performance across multiple B2C platforms, driving growth and achieving key sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings across various B2C marketplaces, ensuring accuracy and optimization for search and sales performance.
Oversee and optimize advertising campaigns, focusing on achieving efficient TACOS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales).
Monitor and analyze total sales metrics to drive continuous improvements in marketplace performance.
Collaborate with internal teams (graphics, copywriting, etc.) to ensure consistent and compelling product representation.
Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements in listings, pricing strategies, and advertising investments.
Report on sales performance and KPIs to senior management.
Transition to our Hangzhou office after the trial period.


Key Qualifications:

- A degree (or current studies) in E-Commerce, Marketing, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
- Experience with managing listings, advertising, and metrics on major B2C platforms (Amazon, eBay, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketplace data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Familiarity with TACOS and other key e-commerce advertising metrics.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple marketplace stores and product listings.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute marketplace strategies.
