We are seeking an experienced and globally minded **Overseas Media PR Manager** to develop and execute our international media communication strategy, enhancing the brand’s global influence. You will serve as the key liaison between the company and overseas media, KOLs, and industry partners, driving positive brand perception and business growth through strategic PR campaigns and content dissemination.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement overseas media PR strategies, covering mainstream media, industry-specific outlets, and emerging social platforms.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international journalists, editors, KOLs, and industry organizations.
- Plan and execute global PR initiatives (e.g., press conferences, media interviews, industry summits) to boost brand visibility.
- Draft and optimize press releases, statements, CEO speeches, and other communication materials tailored for international audiences, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy.
- Monitor overseas public sentiment, respond swiftly to PR crises, and develop risk communication plans.
- Analyze media performance metrics, generate regular reports, and refine PR strategies based on data insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other teams to align global communications with company objectives.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in international media relations or global communications, with deep knowledge of key markets (e.g., North America, Europe, Southeast Asia).
- Exceptional English writing and public speaking skills; proficiency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, Japanese) is a plus.
- Strong media network and a track record of successful PR campaigns; ability to leverage trends for impactful storytelling.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
- Familiarity with SEO, social media strategies, and media monitoring tools (e.g., Meltwater, Cision).
