1 Set up istanbul office on behalf of the Hong Kong company, including looking for office space by rental or by purchase.

2 Meet related local partners in Istanbul of Turkey (mainly local Real Estate Developers, local Real Estate Agents, and Immigration lawyers, etc), to establish collaboration relationship.

3 Drafting Turkey Citizenship by investment program documents by studying Turkey Government files and online resources. Drafting related contracts under support of local lawyers

4 Support CEO when CEO travel to Istanbul

5 Other work where and when necessary for stable operation of the Istanbul office.
