• Respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and empathy via phone
• Deliver world-class support and resolve queries using product knowledge and training
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, and account information
• Manage difficult customer situations with professionalism and composure
• Stay up to date through refresher training and client updates
