• Respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and empathy via phone
• Deliver world-class support and resolve queries using product knowledge and training
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, and account information
• Manage difficult customer situations with professionalism and composure
• Stay up to date through refresher training and client updates
• Maintain compliance with company quality assurance, call flows, and escalation processes
• Adhere to rotating schedules, including weekends and public holidays, as required

Proficient in Mandarin & English
1+ year of experience in Customer Service
GDS system experience is highly preferred (but not mandatory)
Minimum of SPM/Diploma/Degree
Excellent verbal communication & customer engagement skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
A calm, professional approach under pressure
