【Job Responsibilities】
1. Responsible for the expansion, selection, communication, and maintenance of guilds and streamers in key overseas countries and regions, and accountable for operational results within the respective countries;
2. Responsible for formulating and implementing user growth strategies, and exploring effective methods for user acquisition and growth;
3. Responsible for establishing and managing the localization team
4. Track the daily operational data of the guild, analyze operational effectiveness, understand competitive products and industry trends, promptly adjust operational strategies, or propose policy and product optimization suggestions;
5. Pay attention to product performance, communicate and collaborate with the product side to meet the anchor and content needs of the product in specific regional countries.
【Job requirements】
1. Over 3 years of experience in overseas social product operation, with experience in overseas recruitment and local team management;
2. Sensitive to guild demands, familiar with various guild cooperation models, good at exploring guild value, with priority given to overseas various types of anchors and guild resources;
3. Proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility, careful and patient, possessing good data sensitivity and analytical skills;
4. Possess excellent communication, collaboration, and coordination skills, possess a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, and be capable of leading a team to achieve results.
