Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the development, sales and technical support of the company's detergent enzyme products in the Russian daily chemical market, and fully achieve sales targets.

2. Proactively develop and maintain cooperative relationships with local mainstream manufacturers of daily chemical products such as washing powder, liquid detergent and dishwashing detergent.

3. Act as a technical expert to provide customers with professional enzyme application solutions, assist customers in product formula optimization, performance testing and production process improvement, and solve technical problems in practical applications.

4. Deeply understand customer needs and market trends (such as low-temperature washing, high-efficiency stain removal, environmentally friendly formulas, etc.), collect and feedback market information and competitor dynamics, and support the company in formulating regional market strategies.

5. Organize and participate in technical exchange meetings and product seminars to enhance the visibility of the company's product brand in the regional market.

Job Requirements

1. Master's degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Biotechnology or related majors.

2. More than 5 years of experience in technical sales or technical services of daily chemical raw materials (such as surfactants, enzymes, polymers, etc.). Experience in enzyme sales is preferred.

3. Basic understanding of detergent formulas and production processes, and ability to grasp customers' technical pain points.

4. Excellent communication skills, customer relationship management capabilities and business negotiation skills.

5. Result-oriented, with strong ambition and self-motivation, and able to adapt to frequent business trips.

6. Language Requirements: Fluent in Russian (native level), and English as a working language.
