We are a reputable property management company located in the heart of Nanshan District, Shenzhen. We are currently seeking a Female professional and elegant Foreign Concierge Receptionist to join our team..
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist residents and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
• Handle inquiries and provide information in both English and Chinese.
• Maintain a high standard of service and uphold the company's image.
Requirements:
• Nationality & Appearance: European&American preferred. Female, height 170cm or above, weight within 60kg. Must be well-groomed with a poised and professional demeanor.
• Language Skills: Fluent in both English (Native or near-native proficiency) and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Visa Status: Must be eligible for a Management Work Visa (Z Visa). We provide visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
• Availability: Immediate start is preferred.
Working Conditions:
• Schedule: 08:30 – 18:00, with a 1.5-hour lunch break.
• Days Off: 2 days off per week.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: RMB 12,000 – 15,000 per month (After-tax).
• Accommodation & Meals: Free accommodation and meals provided. (Shared female apartment with 3 rooms, housing approximately 8-9 female staff).
• Insurance: Social insurance coverage provided.
