The Roles:
We are recruiting two Female Academic Directors to lead our Kindergarten programs—one based in Qingpu and one in Changning. Both roles require passionate leaders to oversee curriculum delivery, staff development, and parent engagement across their respective campuses.
Key Responsibilities (both roles):
• Lead EYFS framework implementation and curriculum quality.
• Mentor, observe, and evaluate teaching staff.
• Drive academic standards and coordinate campus-wide events.
• Act as the key academic contact for parents and external stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements (both roles):
• Nationality: Native British (UK Passport).
• Experience: Strong leadership experience with EYFS.
• Age: 35 – 40 years old.
• Attributes: Cheerful, proactive, and collaborative.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
Compensation & Benefits (per role):
• Salary: 50,000 RMB/month (pre-tax).
• Housing: 8,000 – 12,000 RMB/month allowance.
• Flights: Economy class reimbursement.
• Insurance: International medical coverage.
• Bonus: Annual performance bonus.
• Tuition: Free for 1st child (Kindergarten age); 2nd child negotiable.
